COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES

At Blue Star Imaging we are committed to protecting your patients. Below are the precautions we are taking to ensure their safety during this time of COVID-19:

•  All patients are asked a series of  questions prior to entering into  the  facility.
•  All patients are required to wear a  mask. If the patient doesn’t have a  mask one will  be provided to them.
•  All patients and employees will have their temperature taken prior to  entering the  facility.
• Only the patient will be able to enter into our facility.   Exceptions will be made if the patient needs assistance or if the patient is 18 years of age or under.
