Prior authorization
Our imaging facility is dedicated to making your experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Once your provider orders an imaging exam, our team will work directly with their office and your insurance company to obtain any necessary prior authorizations before your appointment. We handle the communication, paperwork, and follow-up required to ensure that your exam is approved in a timely manner. Our goal is to coordinate seamlessly with your healthcare provider and insurer so you can focus on your health while we take care of the administrative details.
What scans require prior authorization?
Some imaging exams require approval from your insurance company before they can be scheduled. These typically include advanced studies such as MRI and CT. Routine X-rays and basic ultrasounds usually do not need prior authorization. Our team will work closely with your provider and insurance company to verify coverage and obtain any necessary approvals before your appointment.
